A Work of Art: The Gibson Byrdland

Developed by Gibson in 1955 with suggestions from Billy Byrd and Hank Garland. The Byrdland featured a thin 2 1/4in. depth body and a short 23.5in. scale neck. Production years were 1955-69, 1977, 1978, 1992.
